This residential project encompasses the essence of elegant living. Situated in the rolling hills of the Borrowdale Brooke area, this project included the completion of a high-end residence, a swimming pool, pump and generator rooms, and the construction of a dam. This project received a full turnkey service including finishings and furnishings. We developed the estate to be partially off-grid, with a full solar back-up and inverter system powering the house, staff quarters, and water supply. Working closely with architects and client from conception, Kalamain Construction completed this extensive project within eight months.
